Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClubRostr mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

ClubRostr is a club-management platform that lets clubs, groups, and organisations ("Clubs") manage scheduling, teams, memberships, announcements, and related activities. Each Club is responsible for how it runs its club and for the member information it collects.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• Child profiles must be created and managed by a parent, guardian, or authorised Club administrator. Children do not create their own accounts.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to harm, harass, or infringe the rights of others.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or content that is unlawful or abusive.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other Clubs or users, or to disrupt or probe the Service.

Memberships & payments

Where a Club offers paid memberships, the Club sets its own fees, terms, and refund policy. Payments are processed by Stripe; your use of payments is also subject to Stripe's terms. ClubRostr is not a party to the agreement between you and your Club regarding fees, and membership questions, refunds, or disputes should be directed to your Club.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant ClubRostr and your Club the permissions needed to host and display that content in order to operate the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ClubRostr and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClubRostr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here affects mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
