Getting started
New to ClubRostr? This walkthrough gets you from a fresh install to confidently using the app in a few minutes.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”ClubRostr is a mobile app for iOS and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, then come back here.
Signing in
Section titled “Signing in”-
On the Welcome screen, tap Sign in. New to ClubRostr? Tap Create account instead. Most members either create their own account or use one their club set up for them.

Sign in with your Email and Password.

Forgotten your password? Tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and tap Send reset link. We’ll email you a link to set a new one.
Choosing your club
Section titled “Choosing your club”What happens next depends on how many clubs you belong to:
- One club — you go straight in.
- More than one club — you’ll see Choose a club; tap the one you want.
- No clubs yet — you’ll see No Clubs Found. Contact your club admin so they can add you.
Finishing your profile
Section titled “Finishing your profile”The very first time you join a club, a Join — your details screen asks for a few things before you can continue:

Pick your role — choose at least one that describes you at the club.

Fill in About you. Required fields are marked with a red
*and always include your gender and date of birth. -
Tap Finish joining.
Turning on notifications
Section titled “Turning on notifications”Just after you join, you’ll see Stay in the loop once. Tap Enable to get alerts on your device, or Not now if you’d rather decide later — everything still works either way, and you can switch them on any time from Preferences. See Notifications.
A quick tour
Section titled “A quick tour”Two things to get your bearings:
- The bottom tabs — Home (your club feed), Schedule (sessions and RSVPs), Teams (the squads you’re in), and Challenges (only shown if your club has it enabled).
- The header — the notification bell (top-left), your club name and crest in the middle (tap it for About the club), and a profile icon (top-right) that opens your Profile.
