Posting to the feed

Posts are how your club shares news, events, polls, and updates. This guide covers who can post, how to compose one, and how to keep the feed tidy.

Only admins and team managers can create posts.

  • Admins post from the Home tab. Tap the compose (pencil) button, then New post.
  • Team managers post from Teams → your team → Noticeboard → New post. That post goes to the team you manage.
  1. Open the composer (Home → compose → New post for admins, or a team’s Noticeboard → New post for managers).

  2. Enter a Title. This is the only required field.

  3. Optionally add a Message for the body of the post.

  4. Enrich it however you like:

    • Add an image (one per post).
    • Add a Video URL — it opens externally when a member taps it.
    • Link to an upcoming event or Link to a challenge to point members straight at it.
    • Turn on Add Poll to gather opinions, with 2–5 options.
  5. Leave Notify members on to alert members about the post, then tap Publish.

  • Admins can post club-wide or to specific teams.
  • Managers can post only to the teams they manage.

To keep an important post at the top of the feed, admins can Pin it from the post’s ⋮ options. Pinned posts stay at the top and carry a Pinned badge.

  • Edit or delete your own posts from the post’s ⋮ options. Admins can edit or delete any post.
  • Admins can delete any comment to keep discussions on track.
