Membership, tiers & payments

Membership is where you define what people pay to join, how they pay, and who is approved. Everything below is admin-only.

Tap the club name in the header (or the club chip on Profile) → About the clubAdminMembership.

The Membership screen has sub-tabs:

Tiers

Define membership levels and their prices.

Payments

Club-wide payment settings and approval rules.

Discounts

Create and manage discount codes.

Card payments

Connect and manage Stripe.

Member payments

Approve, record, and refund payments.

Revenue

A snapshot of money collected and pending.

A tier is a membership level members join and pay for.

  1. On the Tiers sub-tab, tap New tier.

  2. Set the Name and Price.

  3. Choose the Billing type — One-off or Recurring.

  4. For a recurring tier, pick an IntervalMonthly, Quarterly, Annual, or Seasonal — and optionally set a total duration or a fixed end date, plus an optional number of instalments.

  5. Set the Tier typeStandard or Family.

  6. Set the Member capacity, display order, age group, and benefits.

  7. Choose the Payment methods this tier accepts — Card, Direct debit, Cash, or External.

  8. Choose the Features this tier unlocks.

The Payments sub-tab holds your club-wide payment settings:

  • Set the grace period — how many days a member can be overdue before they lose access.
  • Choose which payment methods you offer and the order they appear in.
  • Add an external payment link — a label and a URL.
  • Set per-method approval. Card payments normally activate immediately, while cash and external payments can be set to activate instantly or to wait for your approval.
  • Choose which features require an active membership.
  • Set up family / sibling discount rules.
  1. On the Discounts sub-tab, tap New discount code.

  2. Set the code, the percent off, and an optional usage limit.

  3. Enable, disable, or delete codes as needed.

  1. On the Card payments sub-tab, tap Connect Stripe to run Stripe’s guided setup.

  2. Check the status flags — Can accept charges, Can receive payouts, and Onboarding complete.

  3. Switch between Test mode (no real charges) and Live mode as needed.

  4. Use Open Stripe dashboard to manage your account on Stripe.

The Member payments sub-tab is where you handle individual members:

  • See memberships awaiting approval and Approve or Reject them.
  • Record a cash payment for a member.
  • Check any member’s payment status.
  • Refund a payment.

The Revenue sub-tab gives you a snapshot of Collected and Pending money, your active members, and platform fees — broken down by payment method and by tier.
