Your membership & payments

Your membership is how you keep access to your club. This is where you join a tier, pay, and stay on top of renewals.

Open Profile → Membership → Manage membership.

Your membership card shows your current tier and a status:

  • Active
  • Free trial
  • Pending approval
  • Awaiting payment
  • Payment failed
  • Cancelled
  • Cancelling
  • Expired

Alongside the status you’ll see Renews {date}, or Access ends {date} if you’ve cancelled. If your club hasn’t launched billing yet, you’ll see Billing starts at go-live.

Under Membership tiers, each tier shows its name, price (or Free), interval, age group, description, and benefits. A tier that’s at capacity shows Full.

  1. Tap Join on the tier you want (or Switch / renew if you already have a membership).

  2. Optionally enter a discount code and tap Apply to see the reduced price.

  3. Choose how to pay:

    • Pay by card or Direct debit — secure checkout opens in your browser.
    • Pay cash — recorded and held until an admin confirms it.
    • Pay externally — opens your club’s payment link.

If you’re a parent, a family tier shows a per-child breakdown with sibling discounts and a single Family total — you pay once to cover all your linked children. You’ll need at least one child on your account to join a family tier.

To renew or move to a different tier, use Switch / renew on your tier.

Tap Cancel membership. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for — your card will show Access ends {date}.

You’ll see a banner with an Update payment method button. Tap it to fix your card and get your membership back on track.

Below your membership you’ll find a list of your payments — each with the amount, method, date, and status, including any refunds.
