Club settings & branding

The Admin hub is where you shape how your club works and looks. To reach it, tap the club name in the header (or the club chip on Profile), then About the club → Admin. The hub segments run: Dashboard · Sessions · Pending approvals · Members · Membership · Teams · Branding · Settings.

Open Admin → Settings to configure the club’s day-to-day behaviour.

  • Club Setup shortcuts:
    • Locations — add, rename, or remove venues and set a default.
    • Onboarding fields — control what new members are asked (see below).
    • Session types — the kinds of session your club runs.
    • Go-live — take the club live.
  • Club Timezone — anchors the time of every session.
  • Sessions:
    • Waitlist mode — choose Automatic promotion (the next person is promoted automatically when a spot frees up) or First-come, first-served (everyone is notified and the first to claim keeps the spot).
    • Venue overlap warning — toggle warnings when sessions clash at the same venue.
  • Feature Flags are shown here read-only. They’re managed by super admins in the Control Centre.

Control exactly what new members are asked when they join.

  1. From Settings, open Onboarding fields.

  2. Review the core fields — these are always included and can’t be removed.

  3. Review the optional fields. Each has a Mandatory to finish switch, so you decide whether a member must answer before completing onboarding.

  4. To ask something of your own, tap Add custom field. Give it a Label and choose an answer type: Short text, Number, Yes/no, Date, or Choose from a list.

  5. Decide whether the custom field is mandatory.

Open Admin → Branding to make the app feel like your club.

  • Set the App name.
  • Upload a Logo.
  • Add a Club website URL (shown on the Welcome screen).
  • Pick a Brand colour in Light mode and Dark mode variants — a live accessibility contrast check helps you keep text readable.
  • Choose a Heading font and a Body font.
  • Design the Welcome screen: a Headline, a Subheadline, a Hero style (Gradient, Image, or Solid), an optional Hero image, and up to six feature pills.

When you’re happy, tap Publish.

From About the club → Edit About, admins set the club’s description, founded year, home venue, social links, and committee contacts.

From About the club → Documents, admins can Upload a document — a PDF or image, up to 10 MB — and Replace or Remove existing ones. Every member can open them.
