Your profile & children
Your profile holds the details that personalise your ClubRostr experience and let your club run things like age-group challenges and teams. If you’re a parent, it’s also where your children are linked to you.
Editing your details
Section titled “Editing your details”-
Tap the profile icon in the top-right of the header.

Tap Edit profile.

Update any of the following:
- Your photo — tap Change photo.
- Full name
- Phone
- Gender — Male, Female, or Other. You can change this any time.
- School / employer
- Address
- Emergency contact — a name and phone number.
- Medical info

Tap Save changes.
Your date of birth
Section titled “Your date of birth”Your date of birth is shown on your profile but locked — it’s set once when you join and can’t be edited. If it’s wrong, ask an admin to correct it. If it was never set, you’ll see Not set — ask an admin to add it.
Your children
Section titled “Your children”If you’re a parent and your club uses child accounts, your children can be linked to your account. Each child has their own name, date of birth, and gender, and can be on teams. A child carries no membership fees, and is linked to one or two parents who manage their profile.
Once a child is linked to you, they appear on your Home screen, and you can:
- RSVP for them to sessions — see the scheduling guide.
- Post challenge results for them — see the challenges guide.
Depending on how your club is set up, either you or an admin add and manage your children. See the admin guide on managing members and children for the details.
