Admin & managers: overview

If you run a club or manage a team, ClubRostr gives you the tools to organise sessions, look after member records, and keep the club running. This overview shows where those tools live and what each area is for; each section links to a focused guide.

ClubRostr has four access levels, from most to least access: Super Admin → Admin → Manager → Member. Admins run the whole club. Team managers look after the teams they manage — they don’t get the club-wide admin tools.

The admin tools sit inside About the club. To get there:

  • Tap the club name or crest in the header (centre), or the club chip on your Profile, to open About the club.
  • Tap Admin. This row only appears for admins.

The Admin hub is a row of segments across the top:

Dashboard · Sessions · Pending approvals · Members · Membership · Teams · Branding · Settings

Anyone who isn’t an admin and reaches the hub sees Access Denied.

Team managers don’t get the Admin hub. You manage the teams you’re responsible for from the Teams tab:

  • Open your team to reach its Fixtures and Noticeboard, each with their own Add fixture and New post buttons.
  • You can view your team’s members (read-only).
  • Creating sessions and challenges is scoped to your teams — club-wide admin areas stay admin-only.
