Teams & rosters

Teams group your members for fixtures, noticeboards, and rosters. As an admin you can create teams, manage their details, and build out each roster.

Where teams live

Teams are managed from the Teams bottom tab. As an admin you see every team in the club plus a Create team button.

Note

The Teams segment inside About the club → Admin is a read-only overview. To actually create, edit, or roster teams, use the Teams bottom tab.

Create a team

1. Open the Teams bottom tab and tap Create team.

2. On New team, enter a Team name.

3. Pick a Category — Junior or Senior.

4. Tap Create team.

Edit or delete a team

1. Open the team from the Teams tab.

2. Tap the pencil (Edit team).

3. Change the details and tap Save changes — or tap Delete team to remove it.

Caution

Deleting a team also makes its roster, noticeboard, and fixtures inaccessible. Only delete a team you no longer need.

Build the roster

1. Open the team and go to its Roster tab.

2. Tap Add players, then search and select members.

3. For each member, tap the role chip to cycle Player → Manager, and optionally set a jersey number.

4. Tap Add … to roster.

To remove someone, tap the red X on their roster row.

Who can do what

Note

Creating, editing, and deleting teams is admin-only. Adding and removing roster members is done by admins and club-wide managers. A team’s own Manager can post to the team’s Noticeboard and add Fixtures, but cannot change the roster. Making a member a Team manager (an access level) means giving them a team with the Manager role — see Managing members & children.

Note

ClubRostr models teams — each in a Junior or Senior category — with roster roles Player and Manager. There’s no separate “squad” concept.
