Super admin: the Control Centre

The Control Centre is where super admins create clubs and decide what each club can do. It works across clubs, not just the one you’re in.

Note

The Control Centre is for super admins only. Reach it from About the club → Control Centre — tap the club name in the header (or the club chip on Profile) to get to About the club.

Create a club

1. Under Create Club, enter a Club Name.

2. Enter a Subdomain for the club.

3. Pick a Template: Sports Club, Gym / Fitness, Community, or Custom.

4. Create the club.

Configure a club

Open a club from All Clubs to reveal three tabs.

Features

Toggle the club’s feature switches and set the Signup Mode:

• Disabled — members are added by an admin only.
• Open — anyone can register.
• Approval — sign-ups need admin approval.

This is where you enable things like Challenges, Child accounts, and Billing.

Setup

Choose what the club has available:

• Member Tags — for example Player, Referee, Member, Instructor, Volunteer, or Committee Member.
• Onboarding Fields.
• Session Types.

Admins

Promote a member to admin, or Demote them. Super admins can’t be demoted.

Tip

Only a super admin can enable features for a club and choose which member tags a club uses. Day-to-day club admins then apply those tags and run the club.
