Scheduling & RSVPs
The schedule is where you find your club’s sessions — games, practices, classes, and anything else your club runs — and let everyone know whether you’re coming.
Finding sessions
Section titled “Finding sessions”Open the Schedule tab from the bottom bar. Across the top, a date strip marks the days that have sessions and the days you’re booked on — tap a date to jump to it.
Use the filter pills to narrow things down:
- All — everything coming up.
- My Sessions — just the ones you’ve booked or are attending.
- Favourites — the sessions you’ve starred.
- A pill for each session type, such as Games, Practices, or Classes.
Each row shows the time, a status pill, the session type, and the key details — instructor, duration, location, and team. On busy days, sessions group under Morning, Afternoon, and Evening, with a NOW marker showing where you are in the day. If two sessions you’re attending overlap, a warning triangle flags the clash.
What the status pills mean
Section titled “What the status pills mean”- Booked ✓ — you’ve got a place.
- Waitlist #N — you’re on the waitlist at position N.
- Open — an open session you can say you’re going to.
- Spaces available / Nearly full / Full — how much room is left.
- Closed — booking has closed.
- Opens {day} — booking hasn’t opened yet.
Opening a session
Section titled “Opening a session”Tap any row to open the Session screen. It shows the date and time, the capacity (Full, Nearly full, or Spaces available), the instructor, a description, the Attending list, and how many people are waitlisted.
RSVPing
Section titled “RSVPing”The button you see depends on how your club set the session up.
- Limited-capacity session — tap Book to take a place, or Join waitlist if it’s full. Once you’re in, it shows Booked with a Cancel button; on the waitlist it shows On Waitlist, your position (Waitlist #N), and Cancel.
- Open session — tap Going or Not Going.
- Approval session — tap Request to join. It shows Pending Approval until an admin approves you.
Waitlists
Section titled “Waitlists”If someone drops out and a spot opens, one of two things happens depending on how your club runs it: you’re promoted automatically and notified, or you’re invited to Claim spot — the first person to claim keeps the place.
Favourites
Section titled “Favourites”On the Session screen, tap Favourite (it becomes Favourited) to keep a session close. Favouriting a repeating session favourites the whole series. Your favourites appear under the Favourites filter and follow you across devices.
Reminders
Section titled “Reminders”Set how far ahead you want a nudge for the sessions you’re attending. Go to your Profile icon (top-right), then Open preferences → Session reminders, and pick None (the default), 1 hour, 3 hours, or 1 day. Reminders only arrive for sessions you’re actually going to.
A few rules worth knowing
Section titled “A few rules worth knowing”Booking for your children
Section titled “Booking for your children”If you’re a parent, an open session shows a Your family card listing each child the session applies to. Each child has their own Going / Cancel control and their own waitlist position, so you book for everyone independently.
Your schedule also includes your children’s team sessions, labelled For {child} so you can tell at a glance whose session it is.
